      God is the God of all, and the Gospel is for the whole world. This is especially true in these times of wickedness: "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations ; and then shall the end come." (Mt. 24:12-13). Only by Christ in us will we be able to endure this time of abundant iniquity. When Joshua led the Israelites across the Jordan River into the Promised Land, twelve stones were placed as a monument for future generations to remember the great thing that the LORD had done for His people. There is a spiritual Stone, a foundational Stone, that not only serves as a reminder, but as a Stone upon which the living house of God is being built.
